At the risk of sounding like Bill, an eternal optimist, I would just like to go on record as pointing out that this probably didn't qualify as a material event worth putting an 8k out on. But, in my mind, mgmt did put it out because they were aware of our expectations and knew that no news soon would be seen as bad news later.

So, I would like to thank Charlie and Frank for keeping us in the loop in such a timely fashion. It is very much appreciated. We are all disappointed, but we do apprecite the timely note.
