Yes, CCC is contracted and owns a big part of the pie. They are not Omagine though and have several other projects in the works. If the DA doesn't get signed, and if the deal falls through then they will still be in business. Omagine isn't a construction company...this is the only project. If it falls apart then we have nothing. I wouldn't be invested in this company if I didn't think the project had a chance... but you have to be somewhat concerned about the recent set back as it relates to the history of set backs in this project.

From NJ so I still have Xanadu flashbacks. Lots of money made before that project was developed....lots of money lost once developed.

As for the $8 price...just a reasonable estimate. Sorry, if I gave the impression that I'm some great handicapper.
