So frustrated with so many empty promises.This has been going on for years now. I thought for sure this past week would be the 'at last' week. Nope. Another delay. So many delays. So many promises. I as so many are losing confidence. I would like to know what preparations are being made for the siging? What companies are in place to handle the infastructure. What company is doing the hiring? Is there a company in place doing this? So many questions. So many answers to be had. We wait. And wait. And wait. We all know what slow is.....but this is beyond slow. I hope this week brings a new light. The light at the end of the tunnel is growing dim. Prove me wrong!
