Nick - No way it will be signed this week. Ministry of Housing has to complete the deed and that's likely to take at LEAST a week, if not longer. I would expect it to be done in April, but then again, my expectations have been dashed how many times now? OK, that's a bit negative and I apologize. It really should be this month (April).
