Finally some new attitude around here. Venting is way over do. No one knows what will happen, except uor friends the Omani's, but to me everything about this is starting to stink of the past. Yes I know all the positive sentiment out there but I for one no longer believe the DA will be signed. The Omani's have had years of opportunities to get this deal done and have come up with every excuse in the book not to sign. The constant chatter of "we are so close, just this last thing. one more minor detail or quickie phone call etc is exaclty what it sounds like- chatter from us who have no say or no specific info. The Omani's have once again broke into the open field and at the goal line stopped and turned around. Why you may ask?I have no clue but neither does anyone else. Maybe politics, maybe personal, maybe business. Your guess is as good as mine. At the end of the day we have no eal without a signed DA and I believe we never will
