The sultan owns a piece of LLC, construction firms own a piece. Total non-Omagine Inc. ownership in LLC is 40%, not 49%. And not all of the 40% is owned by Omanis. Any Omanis interested in this project (other than the Sultan through his RCA), would be shareholders of Omagine Inc. (OMAG) as that is the only publicly traded company in question. LLC is not publicly traded. OMAG owns 60% of it.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you should read one of the recent 8ks or annual reports. It lays it all out.
