Perhaps I miss spoke. What I meant is that the "deed work" was made very light of yet we are back in limbo. While it may be a minor problem it would seem that after all the delays and time which has passed that even on the other side of the coin there might be a sense of "urgency" to finally get the deed signed and this project off the ground. Omagine has the potential to be an amazing project for both sides and most importantly the Omani's. My concern is that as time passes other issues may appear and the delays mount. This has been the history and that is all we have go bye.
