Nick - I think we didn't have the choice to leave the deed alone. The existing deed would have included the missing real estate and would not have been valid or whatever the term would be. No, the deed had to be changed to reflect, at a minimum, the lost parcel.

I don't see why this deed change should be complicated. Of course, some would say that I don't see anything clearly.
