I'm 'okey-dokey' with your and Alton's take on the incompetence of many of those in government service who are entrusted to make the right decisions in behalf of their constituency. While incompetence is not confined to politicians and government employees it seems to find a home there. Incompetence is one of many human frailties. When electing politicians, we just have to hope for the better.

You may wonder why I used the expression 'okey-dokey.' It's because PYPR comes from Oklahoma.
