Anitha - I'm not sure management can give you an answer on that question and here's why: assuming they had the meeting, that fact in and of itself is not material enough to warrant an 8k. I am assuming the meeting went through with no further issues. Otherwise, we'd probably hear something.

On another note, the quarterly filing, 10Q, is due on or before the 15th. Barring anymore "drop the ball" events from the Omanis, his excellency should not have any reason to not sign the DA before then (how many times have we thought and/or said that?). And I have to believe the krooki will be done by then given the pressure the MOH is likely getting from the MOT and perhaps others. The only hiccup I can see, is that the krooki is NOT ready and management decides to not have the DA signed by his excellency until said krooki is done. They said as much in the last 8k (the "kerfufel" comment). But lets hope it doesn't come to that.
