Welcome to the board and for the introduction to the Shura Council. I Googled Shura Council of Oman and it turns out to be an organization that in part, informs, promotes and publicizes Oman activities. In my search , I couldn't find any references to the Omagine Project but I hope the spokesman's efforts are fruitful.
