OK now. At least you've given a better reason for your pessimism. I do recall you saying this all before, but my memory has never been good at connecting a name with a comment more than 3 minutes earlier!

Valid point that this is their only project. But who's to say other's won't follow? This is a pretty big one to get started and my preference would be for management to focus on this one before starting another one. Conjecture.

Company won't generate capital thru earnings for awhile, but I'm not sure it's years away as there may be "pre-sales" generating income. And yes, I have looked at the balance sheet (not pretty), but that's because the business has yet to start. The balance sheet will become hugely strengthened shortly after the DA gets signed. That will give management more options (not the stock options kind, but more choices). I think it's pretty telling that management arranged the SEDA years ago and used it sparingly all along. That's good financial flexibility.

Yes, I do think the construction aspect will run, if not smoothly, sufficiently so to stay on target. Why? Because there will be little govt involvement (I suppose there will be the requisite permit approvals for electrical, etc. just as in any construction job). But those approvals have nothing with a govt minister making a decision. It's just yes or no it passes code.

Why wouldn't the selling of units go well? It's slated to be a huge attraction and is in a primo location.

I agree shares will have some dillution, but I'm not sure how much. Those of us who have warrants, should be ok on that front. Should OMAG issues additional shares beyond the warrants, not sure. So I'll give you this one ... yes, some dillution. Keep in mind, dillution will hit management the hardest since they own the most shares. I'm sure they want to minimize dillution going forward.

OK. I'm done. I see your points and appreciate your sharing them with us.

Suggest you print this out and roll it up. That's all I got!
