"The Boys"(Francis , Charles et al.) know that the signing is Soooo iminent that they don't want to worry about producing an 8K today or tomorrow when a slight delay (5 days) will enable them to incorporate all the great details in the 10K in five days or less. My advice is to buy up as many shares as possible now----go with a home equity line of credit, sell the dog, the kids--whatever it takes to "gitter done".
