It's most frustrating to read that "old ground with new people" continues to delay the DA. Bureaucratic officials should be updated by their staffs, not Omagine. That is unfair to management.

The MOH is the wild card here. We know nothing about them. It's difficult to get a pulse of a government entity when they are new to the game. The MOT we are familair with and expect their mazes and hoops, but the MOH could have an entirely new gauntlet to go through before the krooki is finally delivered. It's a shame that there isn't more cohesiveness on the Omani's side of the table.

This deal is essentially done if it weren't for new officials being updated on old issues and a MOH not doing their jobs with any sense of urgency.
