Well sorry old guy that your expectations for this project and i guess the world are so constrained. I dont think a decade is u realistic time frame to get a shovel in the ground. And yes i agree about Obama. An utter failure as a manager and leader. Thank g-d for term limits and hes out. We dont have that luxury
