"Final DA Meeting to occur sometime shortly after May 26, 2014"

There never was definitive date for the meeting as quoted above. Not sure if that worse or better. Honestly to me, no surprise, its worse. Just unimaginable that after all these years and broken promises the powers at be on both sides cant get it together. This deal finds every reason to trip over itslef and delay whats suppossed to be a win win for all. Its really remarkable
