Not to do battle with The Honeymooner, but I find your question strange. You've been around a while. You are surely familiar with the Wall Street axiom " Buy on the rumor, sell on the news." As an example, if a well publized new cancer drug, with very favorable indications for success, were ready for FDA approval, the related stock's price and volume would rise in anticipation of approval. If, instead, stock activiy dried up with little or no price movement, I would consider that strange behavior and that's the position in wich I now find Omagine.
