What happened to " signing is imminent, were done, its different this time??

Where the Krooki? Not a word about this insiginificant snafu that was supposed to be a blip

Where is our fearless leader, not Frank, and president and his merry band to explain away the unexplainable?

Any care to guess if the project ever gets signed or will the remanimg land be inadvertently given away
