I agree with your assumption,as we can witness chaos within our own government in agreeing on issues. Boehner and Pelosi will never agree on any issue and they are in the same government. We have always feared Ramadan because of the delays,but this time I have a hunch that the MOT is wiling and will sign the DA during Ramadan. Its just a hunch and don't have to justify it, cause I know someone is goint to say "and what fact do you base that on".
