No one has a clue what's going on, as the wide range of specualation demonstrates, and Frank is probably in the same boat. That said, its his job to work hard so the whinning that he deals with this daily is moot. Bottom line is no signing, no krooki and essentially no project despite everthing apparently in place. It would be disgusting if the Wave could actually delay or undermine this project in any way. If so the so-called honorable Sultan would have a lot of explaining to do. But as I said before business in the Mid East is reportedly a very different animal so its anyones guess. And, not to belabor the point but the absurdity of aparcel of land being given away is nonsense and an embarrassment. To claim it or worse to admit to it is so far fetched that I would guess (since everyone else does) that they are laughing that anyone would seriously consider this to be the real reason.
