They haven't given it to LLC yet. IF they choose to reneg on the whole deal, of course the land is theirs, but they don't have the expertise (how many of us are laughing right now?) to do the project without someone, presumably us. And what outside partners would be willing to step in after seeing the Omani's treat us this way?
