ET AL: I was surprised and very disappointed in the stock's reaction following the very positive 8-K release. With all the ducks lined up in a row, except for the DA (DA has another connotation) the stock should have roared higher on much higher volume. Instead, it was just another day at the officei nspite of the .35 move. The 8-K news ould ordinarily be a game changer but it wasn't. The adage"Buy on the rumor aand sell on the news" didn't apply here even though the news constituted more than a rumor. On a risk-reward basis, which is how many investors approach an investment, I can't think of another stock having this degree of potential reward. In view of the above, why hasn't the stock jumped higher on increased volume? I cnan't explain it. It's a puzzlement.
LEBNJ: I agree that the big money looks at stock s priced at 5 and higher, not at penny stocks. Also, penny stocks may not have that large a following. I, too, would buy in at these prices if I weren't already tapped out as I expect many of us are.
HON: True, the stock traded yesterday at 1.53, a price lower than the price Lebnj was willing to pay. Bu that trade was only 100 shares and probably dumped at the market by someone unaware of the 8-K. Having read the 8-K, would you sell a large position at 1.53 now? I think not. On another note, I think it's a shame that yu are onl credited with 886 points voicing an opinion that has truly reflected the ongoing lack of progress in a DA siging.
