Just think guys, wouldn't it just be nice to be neutral? We're all obviously in this venture, otherwise we wouldn't be here ragging on each other. What happens if the deal doesn't go through? How is that going to impact those who were negative? They are going to be upset that the project didn't go and happy that they were right. Now on the other hand, what happens when the DA is signed? We're all happy. My thought is to err on the happy side, and not waste the energy being negative.
