Its good to see people begin to post the plain facts rather than guessing dates and reasons. Truth be known.. we dont know. THe promises from the MOT and assurances are bointiful but unfortunately hollow to this point. Time will tell if this turns out to be a charade and the Omani"s have changed there mind or if they push forward and sign as guaranteed

Seems to me that the last two statements from the MOT made light of the situation and that the DA could be signed immediately yet here we are.

As for the stock price the market tells the story. No volume and a depressed price. That can only mean that those in the doubt feel the project is still a long shot or the speculators would be buying. Also, those who own the stock and follow closely are also now doubters after all they have endured or they would be jumping at the opportunity to buy stock which they believed has a valuation of 10-20 (pick broad range). These are just my opinions but if you use the logic which applies to most stocks then it does work. I think this is a reasonable explaination. People simply dont believe this project will ever happen and that it will die a sad death on drawing room floor. Too bad, if so, seemed like a no brainer for everyone once upon a time.
