My posting was because I just couldn't understand why, in the face of such positive news... agreement on both sides that there finally will be a signing to this momentous event, the stock didn't react accordingly. Instead, it was treated as a nonevent. The THEY I referred to were the Omanis. It was out of frustation that I suggested they were watching the World Cup and "Is it possible that theystill don't know if the DA will be signed?"
