I take exception to your questioning my use of the words positive news and momemtous events. Ii view the agreement by the MOT and Omagine to sign thoe DA as something positive. Whether it happens or not it's still positive. I certainly wouldn't call it negative news. As to momentous events,to finally have the DA signed after years of lanquishing is indeed a momentous event.
