So the only useful words in an 8k will be something to the effect, "The DA has been signed." Or, "A date for the signing of the DA has been set and it is Month/Day/Year." Everything else is useless to you. OK, I understand that and why you say it.

But not everyone agrees with you and if people wish to take the 8ks at face value, then they DO contain positive news. Whether that positive news turns into action, is quite another story. But I think you are out of line stating there's nothing new or no positive news in the 8k when the reason you say that is you find the doc meaningless until the DA gets signed.

So, in the mean time, enjoy the long weekend and make a toast to the freedoms we still have and pray they don't get further eroded in the name of "progress"!
