I think that many on this board, including myself initially, infer a tone from honeymooner's posts. He is actually spot on. Management can be the salt of the earth, and the absolute best at what they do, but until the deal is done, they are failures. They know it too, and it is what they signed up. Also, the longer the deal goes on the greater the absolute return will have to be to compensate for returns that could'very been invested elsewhere. Another fact, that contributes to HM view of Management.
