I hope we hear positive news also, but I believe there are to many hands (signatures) in the pot for it to happen this soon. It will be done but my guess is sometime in September.

I know when dealing with middle eastern officials, it take time to get things done. I once waited 3 weeks for one signature and I was there at the individuals office area, but heard all of the reaasons why it will be done soon, please be patient.

When i asked what is the delay in getting a purchasing Director signature, I was told he has other venues that has higher priority and I must be patient. But his signature finally did come through and after being in Egypt for 3 extra weeks and 3 weeks of expenses that I didn't need to incur, it happened.

So will Omagine- I hope. Frank is one persistent guy and he is one who will not quit.
