I ran these locations by Frank and he identified 3 that were reasonably close to our site and provided some more color for me on the region in terms of supply / demand and why our site is the only premium site available, etc., etc. So I came up with some arbitrary weightings to arrive at my own estimate of market value. Frank also reminded me of their publicly disclosed own estimate of a conservative figure for the land. His number is lower than mine.

Once the DA is signed, I will repost my BOOK VALUE calculations again and will utilize Frank's number for the land. But not before. If the DA doesn't get signed (and I believe it will be signed), then all this talk of BV will be for naught.
