Fact that progress is being made by the MOT even during Ramadan is very positive. We should all take note. I like that there aren't any other unexpected or otherwise issues. It finally seems the MOT is ready to do this. But I have to agree with your caution regarding how they define "imminent" or "immediately" or "soon".

So we'll see ... hopefully sooner (per western definitions) rather than later.
