No, am not happy. You never addressed the other issues in that you continue to state there's no progress (it's true there wasn't much, if any progress until late last year). You state no Krooki when it was delivered. You ignore the ITC, which is VERY significant if you think the MOT is scamming us ... why would they grant the ITC to LLC if they had no intention of doing business with LLC? Once the ITC is issued to LLC, I don't see how the MOT could develop the land as a tourist attraction. I suppose they could always rescind it, but if that's the plan, why play us along and grant it in the first place?

I don't know when they'll sign the DA, but all signs point to its conclusion. There has never been a rational reason by you or anyone else as to why the MOT would want to scam us. The rationale conveyed by management regarding the "cover their a..." makes a lot of sense, much more sense than you and some other naysayers, as to why the long delay. The delays are not acceptable, but at least the reasoning has some basis to it. AND the fact that other business ventures experienced the same long delays and equivications (sp?) over the same time period lends credibility to management's explanations. This is a HUGE deal to Oman. It's not unreasonable for them to be excrutiatingly cautious ... esp. with the Sultan as an investor. The other, failed projects, that were started before 2008 crashed because of the international liquidity crises that dried up funding in 2008. Of course the Omani's were burned and did not want to repeat any mistakes.

All of that makes much more sense than some of the conspiracy theories I've heard.

Am I the only one on this board willing to push back on HM and other naysayers? And I'm not talking about ribbing him. I would certainly like to see others chime in with their logic.
