You are 1000% correct. I have had so much faith and belief for sooooo long just as everyone else has. Patience is one thing. Stalling is another. We all understand things move much slower over there. However, how do make a statement, then just simply let it slide? It shows they are not serious. Or am I reading in to this? Why do we continue seeing this delay repeat?

Someone please tell me, if things are SO close......why is the stock not going crazy? There HAS to be a reason.
