No one knows which is the way its always been but even sadder is the pathetic delays with no reason whatsoever, according to the 8k's, for them. Never good to be the tail and wagged by the master at his will. Thats actually more than we have gotten unless all the unfufilled rhetoric and promises are satisfying for the masses
