Here's something to consider ... and I'm probably just thinking outloud here, but I THINK this is the earliest the quarterly has ever come out ... or at least in recent memory. The quarterly reports are required to be made no later than 45 days after the quarter (8/15 for the June 30 quarter). My guess is they wanted to make sure this was done so that Charlie would be freed up to fly to Oman for the signing.
