No conjecture that I can see. Management has stated a CONSERVATIVE estimate of the value of the land based on informal discussions with local real estate experts. Also, land values have been rising pretty quickly of late and the expectation that "our" land is worth a pretty coin is that Muscat is experiencing something akin to suburban sprawl. But since the land on one side (I forget the geography, east?) is not as attractive as the land to the other side (west?), the sprawl is heading toward "us" and all around "us". This based on a conversation with Charlie. Anyway, that's the preamble to my upcoming valuation piece.
