Are we in for another imminence

A throng of Omani filled the courtyard of the MOT's palace anxiously awaiting signs of smoke wafting its way up from the palace, signaling the long awaited signing of the Development Agreement.

It is Wednesday evening in Oman and the 4th day of a vigil which began Sunday, August 3rd. Four uneventful days. The Omani are fully aware of the imminence of His Eminence's signing of the DA and are praying that it be signed on Thursday. With the Omani weekend ahead (Friday and Saturday) they must decide whether to go on their merry way and enjoy the weekend or stay and hold their coveted spots in the courtyard.They seem anxious to get this thing resolved so that they can get on with their lives.

I'll go for a Thursday signing. How about you

On another note, lest you think this is written in an attempt to compete with Bill's brilliant 4-k, that's not the case. It happens that the idea for this was formulated last night.
