How do you know the govt is planning on making a big deal out of this project? Did I miss something? They arent even anxious to sign let alone lead the charge. Despite whatever holiday is ending we still dont have a deal. Plain and simple fact. Pretty pathetic if next announcement isnt that the deal is signed and closed. An announcement that a date is set might seem great but also allows for another magical delay in the interim. Yes I know its me being neg but I cant imagine how you guys manage to draw pos inferences from statements that have no muster. Guess thats what makes chocolate and vanilla
