Integrity (and legality) requires that the company disclose truthfully and publically signicant events. It seems to me that Omag has done this consistently. The Omanis have consistently made promises they did not keep, but not the company. On the contrary the company has consistently warned that no guaranty could be given that the DA will be signed until it is actually signed. They simply recorded events factually as they ocurred, sometimes with remarkable candor.
The reasonable assumption in the face of no news is that nothing significant has happened, not that there has been a failure to report. Use allegations of lack of integrity carefully.
