Not sure I understand why you believe the Omanis don't want to give their land away so readily. Their current ownership doesn't do them any good as it's undeveloped and not for sale (other than to LLC). So hanging on to it doesn't do them any good. In fact, the sooner they get this project going, the sooner units start to get sold and the sooner they get a piece of that action. The whole loaf they currently own is in the freezer and unedible. By sharing 60% of it with Omagine Inc., they get to defrost it, warm it up, put some butter on it and enjoy it!

Anyway, that's my thought. I may be calling Charlie on Monday to vent ... he's good at listening to that!
