Today I believe we came a long way from that timeframe but in the back of my head i keep wondering what's taking so long unless there is a cog that doesn't fit in the wheel.

I for one have been in this project from Alpha days and hope it will happen soon, but my gut says before the end of the year due to the warrants expiring.

we all want the DA signed and we really don't need negativity. speculation on this project doesn't help nor hinder just makes investors feel angry.
