Well hate to say it but once again the 8k disappoints. Thats not my analysis but the markets. On the surface this sounds like terific news but the market is telling you they dont buy it and I guess wondering why a date still hasnt been picked. Why not, because they need to approve the binder? Just seems like another delay for no substantive reason.

Volume of 450 shares with a news release that should send the stock moving much higher simply tells you all trust has eroded

Also, although small stocks like these dont follow the broader market with the bi gains today these seems like the perfect day to get a real pop. Oh well....
