I NEVER imagined, especially right after 9/11, that our country could and would so quickly become fragmented and torn apart. So many valuable lessons learned with so much blood, sweat, and tears ... all either forgotten or never really learned in the first place. We've made many mistakes, under both parties, but this tearing asunder (sp?) has broken my spirit and my heart. I am under 60 and will have much more to witness. And I weep for my children who have no idea what I'm talking about, and their yet to be born children.

History will not be kind to this generation and this generation's leaders.
