The "fear" pic, used by the UN Commitee on climate control shows flat temp for 2000 years and a runaway hockey stick starting in 1900. The scientific data shows a 500 year warming and cooling cycle with us at just about the median tempeature right now with a slight warming trend. We were warmer in Roman times and the middle ages, and there were very few SUVs around then.
