I spoke with Charlie the other day, complaining about the lack of closure and the fact that the Omani work week ends shortly, etc., etc. He remains bullish on August and reminded me at the time that there were 2 (now 1) work days left in Oman.

Like you, Beachmaster, I do believe this will be done soon, but am very tired of the delays and just don't understand why nothing has been completed since the EID party ended on 8/2.

I guess the only silver lining to an announcement over our Labor Day weekend might be that demand for the stock could build up over the weekend, driving a nice spike on Tues (assuming an announcement is made before then).
