There always has been and always will be violence in the region. Everyone has lots of things on their minds. The sultan is a personal investor (through the RCA) in this project and no other projects. The MOT's job is to focus on tourism. What's going on in their backyard is not a valid excuse for not acting.

And the Sultan's Nov. birthday is too far away. They promised (as in the past) to sign this shortly. His birthday is also not an excuse for delay (unless it was, say, a week away, that would be reasonable).

So, Mr. Head of the MOT, please stop your dithering and sign the document so we can help bring more tourists and more revenue and more jobs to your kindom.
