To be clear, if I implied pressuring the Omanis with a deadline, etc., that was not my intention. I had the feeling that Frank and Co were on very good terms with HM and would be in a position to speak perhaps more frankly than in the recent past. I vividly recall in an earlier 8k that Frank had asked HM " ... what shall I tell my irate shareholders ...". So it seems to me that HM has an understanding for the "plight" of Frank and his shareholders (of which he is a major one), and where we, as partners, are coming from. It's more a matter of ratcheting up the urgency of getting this done, especially in light of HM's many, many promises to sign the DA ... "shortly", "immediately", etc.
I trust that Charlie and Frank understand what I'm saying and where I'm coming from and that I am in no way suggesting any kind of hostile approach. More of a "work with me, guys!".
Does that clarify?
