Multi-Billion Dollar Agreement Signed With Oman
STOCKER, understood. My point is that we are sooo close to this entire "thing" getting resolved---whether it is what we all hope, or the feared "belly up" scenario, that I'm simply suggesting to those that are feeling the heat,to grab the proverbial "bird in the hand" now, rather than continue to torture themselves with the obvious angst that is bleeding through each post they send. Oh yes, this will be over soon, whether it be good or bad--it will over. If "belly-up" it was an interesting gamble; If "onward ho", let the rooting and cheerleading continue as we navagate our way through the architects, engineers, roads, bricks & mortar, the electrical quagmire ,docks and dock pilings , signage, grass/sand, shingles, cable service, foundations, doorway heights, water and sewer lines and the inspection and approval of all of the above plus add about 350 more.Maybe it's just me, but I don't believe that a number investors will have the stomach to ride this adventure through to the point where we're talking about closing our first deal on selling a home or collecting fees on our boat slips. Now I realize many of the investors care only about the price of the stock--and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that---that's why they(and I) invested in the first place-------but to have those individuals droaning on and on about something that Frank (Drohan not Sinatra) has laid his life and livelihood on the line for, and has advanced it as far as he humanly can--- in a foreign country, grows old, very old. That's my story and I'm "stickin" to it, ---Bill
