Mooner, That is why my last post stated 8K to tell us when the 8K is coming out. Please provide us with some news good or bad. The term significant is an opinion. Some 8Ks come out reflecting several meetings and accomplishments,meetings that I would have loved to have read about earlier.

At this point , I would like to hear it has been approved, reprinted ,signed and the planned start date.

Not asking much. Not growing impatient here at all.
