I'm sorry but, I haven't seen any empty promises. I can only go by what the company reports to the SEC. I trust that it is accurate and factual. I think it would be fraudulent to report a lie.

Any one man can only promise what they have total control over. In this case I'm sure Frank (Drohan not Sinatra) wishes he had more control. He has had sucess in the M.E. before.
